When they arrived, I was not impressed by the packaging - they came in a simple plastic bag. I put them shorts on right away and was happy with how comfortable the shorts felt. 10/10 for the fabric and fit The real test was during the workouts. I put them to the test by first using them during leg day. Not only were the shorts comfortable, but the compression part of the shorts kept the fabric from rising up. I bought the large and I have a 34 inch waist. The inner liner shorts hug your legs. They may be tight on bigger muscular legs but streach comfortably. The outer shorts are made well and breath while working out. durable and wash well!! Read more

Personally, I use this for the gym and it works very well. They're comfy enough to move and lounge around. My only problem with these shorts are the under compression fit are not compressed. They're loose so you wont get that compressed under spandex feeling. The phone pocket and towel holder are a great addition and should be mandatory for all gym shorts! For size wise, I'd say they stay true to size since my waise size is 30-32 inches (Medium). Id give them a 3.5 stars because whatever storage factory/manufacturer these shorts come from, they seem to ship inconsistent shorts with the phone pocket and towel holder. I ordered two shorts of these (one black and white), and the white shorts came with the phone and towel pocket while the black shorts came without the towel holder, so beware of this. All in all, these shorts are a good budget option for those that aren't trying to spend $20-50 for one gym shorts. They're comfy for me and in the, I may buy some more! Read more
So I'm just shy of 6', 165-170lbs. Amazon recommended Large, it seemed to me Mediums would be more my size. Decided I'd rather have them too big than too small and bought large. They fit about perfect, wouldn't want them any smaller. They're about my favorite pair of shorts right now. Really like the cell phone pocket. I bought several pairs of these HANERDUN shorts. The pockets on either side plus one on the back, all with zippers good size for a wallet or phone or other necessities. Each pair have a good fit for me. The only thing strange is the HANERDUN name is not in any obvious place to be seen. Since they are such good 2-in-1 shorts, you’d think they’d want to have their name get credit 🤔. Read more
shorts material seems nice even if a bit heavy. But sizing is extremely off! I have a size 34 waist so going off of their chart I should wear a XL. I ordered an XL the bag said XL. Tried them on and they literally fell to the ground. The tag says XXXL?? Thought material is nice so I will try it again but emailed them and told them they put an XXXL in an XL bag, please double check before you send item. Item arrived quickly as in 20 hours later exact same problem. Now I am juts a regular guy( proportionally) but one area was tight which is uncomfortably snug while their is 0 compression in the legs and the waist is super loose. The shorts would fall off except for one area is holding the shorts on, if you get what I am saying. I bet these shorts would be great or women if the can decode the actual size to order Read more
