I have bought many brands of boxer briefs in my crusade to find the ideal kind to wear with all of my skinny jeans. These win. All the others fail. The reason? For every kind of boxer brief I've tried, with the exception of these, the seam around the leg openings are thick, and bulge through the pants. On some, the seam around the leg openings is extremely thick. On others, just a little thick. For this kind the seams are FLAT. Because skinny jeans hug the body, the seams of the other brands bulge out through the jeans, showing thin rings around your legs. With these being flat, that's not an issue. The overall quality is solid. The material is of average softness. The waist is snug but not overly tight. I ordered 4 more packs for when these wear out over time (just in case they stop making this style at some point!). I'm 5'4 120lbs and small fits perfectly. Obviously you could go commando. But for those situations where the beast must remain caged at all costs, these will keep everything in check without creating halos around your legs! ;-) Read more
ORIGINAL # STAR REVEIw: Hate it when a company "revises" a good product. I had bought a few packs of the previous version of Hanes boxer briefs, loved them, fit well, lasted a long time. These just don't fit the same. Doesn't fit right for my butt. They're longer and too tight in the legs and not tight enough in the waist--results in a tendency for them to slide down my butt. These are being relegated to "emergency underwear" status while I search out a new brand for "primary" usage. . . EDIT:I meant to come back earlier and revise/edit this. Belated apologies. I wrote the above after only one washing. Come to find that after two or three wash and wears, these fit very nicely after all, kinda form to your body somewhat,. And they seem to retain their comfy slight tightness longer than the previous version, which stretched out a bit after a few months or so. If you need some boxer briefs that are basic and affordable, these would be good for you. They pretty much met my expectations. The construction is alright. The material is on the thinner side, but they’re opaque and I find that they’re substantial enough for me. I chose a small and the fit was fine. Overall, decent. In my opinion it’s good quality for the cheap price you pay. I ordered another pack. Note that my package came with four grey and three black boxer briefs. I would have preferred four black and three grey, or all black, but it’s okay. The other reviews suggest that there may be variability in color, so keep that in mind if that matters to you. Read more
The report is in - this is a great pair of undies! He loves them. He was concerned about the legs riding up like some other brands that he's tried but there is a nice band at the bottom of the leg that prevents this and that is a huge plus for this item. The fit was as expected and the quality was great. They held up well to the initial wash with no fading or unraveling of seams. The colors were nice too. Not just grey and black. The red was quite vibrant and looks really nice. The grey and navy were complimentary and look nice as well. The package arrived in a timely manner and was packaged well for travel. I’m giving 5 stars because I FINALLY ordered a package that fits. Hanes boxer briefs have diminished badly over the past few years. They are thinner material and 1 to 2 sizes too small. I am normally a large. But even the XL’s that I’ve ordered twice (stupid I know) felt like they were cutting off my circulation. Unbelievably tight. And worse after washing. So in desperation I ordered a 7 pack of the XXL. I’ve never owned anything XXL. But they fit beautifully! Finally comfy undies again! After laundering 2-3 times I’ve no regrets because they did shrink maybe 5%. But still fill well. Bottom line.... buy 1-2 sizes larger than you normally would. Read more

Rarely do I write reviews. My first experience with this underwear was when I purchased a pack at a discount store. I loved the feel! The extra warmth in the cool months and the breathability in summer is fantastic. So, I purchased this package of 7 more of the same. It's a great product and I really recommend them. Comfortable fit, etc. Best underwear I've ever worn. They ride 1/2 way down your thighs, if thats your thing. I will definately purchase more in the future. Read more
