I bought this 3-pack of Hanes tanks expecting them to be a solid basic, but I was pretty disappointed. The fit is fine and they look like any other undershirt, but the material is surprisingly rough—much rougher than I expected, especially compared to some even cheaper brands I’ve tried. Instead of feeling soft and broken-in, they feel stiff and scratchy right out of the package. After multple washes, they are still rough. They’ll work in a pinch, but they’re not very comfortable for everyday wear on their own. Especially if you plan to wear these during sport/exercise.. CHAFFING ALERT.
