Thickness is superb! I love the thickness of this mat especially with it being a pvc! The non slip part is also great and holds up! I have done a few workouts and it has helps up extremely well! The thickness is also really good as it cushions my knees perfectly when working out. The color is also a plus with the bright orange! You cant beat it for the price! This thing is an absolute monster! Its very long, so exactly as advertised in that aspect. It has a good amount of cushion to it so it is nice even just to walk on, so I am excited to start exercising with it. It really is perfect for yoga or even pilates, as it is long enough for you to do all the poses and maneuvers without worrying about space. The design is cute, and has a retro-like feel to it. Reviews saying that it arrived with no smell must have gotten a special one, because this thing absolutely STUNK when it was first opened it. My husband opened it while I was out running errands, and as soon as I opened the door to the apartment I was greeted with serious fumes. I found the color scheme to also be pleasing. There was no terrible rubber scent that you usually encounter when you unpackaged yoga mats. This yoga mat also happens to be one of the largest I have ever seen which is helpful for using my ab wheel. I have used this several times for using an ab roller and also crunches and bird dogs. I have a pretty extensive collection of yoga and workout mats at this point, and this is a great addition.
