I’ve been shopping around for a good hydroxyapatite toothpaste for me and my husband for about a year and a half. I have tried many brands from powders, to pastes, to highest dose I could find to what had the best reviews. I stumbled across a video talking about this brand so I decided to try it (I also liked that it wasn’t nano-hydroxyapatite like most brands, you can go down that rabbit hole if you want to) and it tastes and cleans our mouths so much better than any other brand I have found. The only toothpastes my autistic daughter will use! Any other flavor shes tried was just horrible for her. She has taste sensitivity and cant do any mint or bubblegum flavors, this one is a nice vanilla flavor that is so much easier for her to handle. Its a good texture and lasts a while. Another mother from my son's school recommended this Happy Tooth Hydroxyapatite Toothpaste because I was taking to her about my son's dental problems. Hoping it actually does all she told me it was supposed to do, such as helping to restore the enamel. I love the fact that it doesn't have fluoride. The taste is pretty decent. My kid likes it so that's saying a lot bc he never likes any flavor of toothpaste except watermelon. The only thing i didn't love is this toothpaste didn't foam very much at all. It just kinda quickly disappears when brushing with it. I kept having to add more to his toothbrush. And it's too expensive to use like that! Plus, i tried it and i didn't feel like it cleaned my teeth very well. Of course, that is possibly because it's a kids toothpaste. Straight out of the tube, the consistency is similar to any other toothpaste. But when you begin brushing with it, it is very watery. So glad i took a chance on this! I keep hearing about the micro vs nano hydroxyapatite. We've used boka and David's. For some reason, the metal tube with David's doesn't last long with my kids. So, on to the next! I wanted to stay between $9-12 bracket. I'm a huge fan of vanilla EVERYTHING so i gave the vanilla a chance. Definitely tastes like vanilla, and not artificial vanilla. To me, it didn't seem too sweet, and I can do SWEET. My son wants to try the chocolate, but i might do the mint one next. The vanilla is great for kids, I'm not getting any push back when it's brush time. I like that it stands up on its cap, so there's no mess. And we've had this for a week or 2, and there's still a decent amount in there. So for me, that's a good value. We've got 5 people brushing at least twice a day, sometimes more of we've eaten candy. And personally, I like it too. My teeth feel very clean afterwards and idk if it's the color of the toothpaste, but when I'm brushing even, they look whiter. My daughter likes brushing her teeth and this toothpaste helps. I’m sure she looks forward to the cake batter taste but it’s safe for her to swallow and that’s my biggest concern. I’m glad it’s made from a dentist and a cool one from what I see. All clean, eff drive, & safe! My 4 yr old has no teeth issues (yet) and I feel it’s from this toothpaste helping.
