The media could not be loaded. Full disclosure: I bought this as a white elephant gift for an office Christmas party. But then I felt a nose hair that was a little too out there. And I couldn't stop thinking about the little green box tucked away in my closet. I tried grabbing the hair with my nails. No good. It looked like I was picking my nose all the time. I tried tweezing, but my middle aged eyes are just not that good close up. So I decided to break the seal and rip my nose hair out with wax. First impressions: those pink sticks are HUGE. There's no way my nostrils will accept those (spoiler, they did). The paper cups seem pretty huge, I can't possible need that much wax (I didn't). So, I microwaved my little cup of wax over water. The paper cup started sagging as I stirred, but the plastic lining remained intact. I swirled the pink applicator in the wax, and jammed it up my nose. It took a bit to cool, so I did the other nostril while I was waiting. Then came the moment of truth. I pulled the stick out of my left nostril. But not hard enough because it was stuck. So I had an internal freak out for 2 seconds and yanked again. It didn't hurt! So I grabbed the right one and yanked. I should have waited a little longer on that one because it wasn't 100% cool and strings of wax were all over like some demented spider had jumps betwixt my nose and hand. The results were impressive. I did have to redo the right side because of my impatience, but the amount of hair that I had previously been sporting in my nares was slightly disturbing. I'm a nose waxing convert. Read more

This wax is really good. I use it for my bikini waxes and I need to get a restock of it. It drys not to quickly but just right, and it’s good at getting majority of the hair out at once. Read more

I used to like this product. It used to have a great quality. Way better than the purple color. Don't know what is different between the two even though it's the same brand. My recent purchase has a very low quality, needs a way higher temperature to warm up and has a very bad smell. If the return window wasn't closed I would've returned it. I used to buy multiple packs every time. Update [12/5/2025]: I purchased Honey wax beads this time. It has a great quality. I bought 5 packs. I tried Chamomile, Cream, and Rose as well. Not good at all. Read more
I don’t have sensitive skin but I am latina and my skin scars very easily. As many mentioned it is sticky. It never fully dries more like a gummy texture so when you pull off it leaves a lot of residue and strings behind. I find it to be more painful then usual and I’ve been waxing for over a decade. And you have to use more wax than usual to double pass- which I’ve never had to do with other brands. Also for the first time I started getting ingrowns after using this a total of 3 times - bikini and underarm area. I didn’t get many but I never get ingrowns. I used to use the ‘Brand: HYPOSIA Luxury Hypoallergenic Hard Wax Beads - for Sensitive Skin’ these wax beads were seriously amazing I used them for years and never gave me ingrowns but for whatever reason they’ve been out of stock for the last year so my hunt for a replacement continues. Also Sally’s sells black wax beads for mens beards and that one works great too but it’s a hit or miss depending on your store. I just ordered Starpil on amazon bc I know ppl that use it and claim it’s the best. Will keep you all posted. Read more
