For a fairly inexpensive shirt, this is really a find. Seems to be decent quality. This was one of a very few that I found that actually seems to be cotton. It’s also one of only a few I found that fits well. It’s not your typical pattern, but it’s a very classic Polynesian look and it’s cool, light, and comfortable in humid tropical weather. I haven’t washed it yet and I expect I will need to touch it up a little bit afterwards because it is cotton, but it’s exactly what I was looking for so I’m not going to complain if it requires a little maintenance to address a wrinkle or two. Living in a semitropical climate with 8 months of summer weather, I have more than a dozen aloha shirts, so I'm picky about them. And I really like this one. Fits well, and all cotton, so it feels better against my skin than rayon or polyester, very bright pattern that matches the image on the page, and even an extra button (which I've clipped off and tucked away for future need). One trip through the cold-water "quick wash" cycle without soap, and 20 minutes at warm tumble-dry,took out all the packaging creases, by the way. I'm probably going to be buying out another one soon, but picking the next pattern is tough, I like so many of them. And I think I'll need more hangers. . . . Read more
It’s a beautiful shirt and fits my husband’s slender frame well but I would say it runs a bit on the small side. He is 5’6 and normally wears small/medium. The material is different than I expected. It’s more of a cotton feel so hopefully it washes well and does not come out wrinkled. He is fine with the material but if you are more sensitive to different materials I’d say do your research before purchasing. Read more

When you order these shirts from Amazon (HISDERN), make sure you look at each color and style option for fabric before ordering. I ordered 5 shirts in 5 different colors/styles. Two of them, the green and blue, were cotton, which is what I wanted. The lighter colors turned out to be polyester. You need to look at each shirt before ordering to ensure you get the fabric you want. This shirt was cotton, and it feels, wears, and looks great. Read more
The shirt is colorful and appears to be well made. It will serve well for the purpose it was purchased, a Christmas dance. I only gave it 3 stars because it was advertised as being cotton and the tag inside the shirt says 100% polyester which holds the heat in while dancing and doesn’t breathe. It will be uncomfortable for someone who dances a lot during an evening. Read more
