I recently had a hip replaced and while most people don't need to worry about height issues, I am only 5 feet tall. Getting in and out of some vehicles posed a challenge and initially so did getting and out of the shower. With a shower base only only 6" high, I still needed a little help. This step was the perfect height and wide and deep enough for both feet. It's not high off the ground, big standing platform with slippers resistant top, doesn't slide around while standing on it. I use this step for doing calf raises, it stays stable and it’s nice and wide so I can do multiple different calf raises. Doesn’t move at all so pretty safe doing these exercises. Supper simple to put together. I am not to heavy so not sure about max weight capacity. Read more

Very sturdy stools. Medical grade. Safer than other stools. Bought three for a friend with cancer and put them all along the side of her bed.
