This product is not perfect, and probably not as good as those by name brand companies. But, for your money, it’s not a bad product at all. You get multiple heads to keep your head shaven, your face well-groomed, and even a head for nose and ear trimmer. There’s a bit of a trick to keeping the head shaver cleaned, but everything else is more self evident. I did like the digital display telling you how much battery power you have left, though it does evaporate quicker than expected. All in all, it’s worthwhile if you want to save a little money. I purchased this shaver because I was not ready to spend another $200 on a shaver. I had a pit bull shaver that I spent $150 on and when I used it the first time it was an ok shave. Then I looked on the website and they had a shaver that would give you a closer shave for $50. I went ahead and purchased it and I was comfortable with it. The shaver lasted me about 1 1/2. When I stared shopping around to replace it I was skeptical on going low on the price, but let me say I am beyond impressed with this shaver. The blade that it came with gave me an amazing shave. Convenient to use to get a bald look, although it does not provide as close a shave as a conventional manual razor leaving a “shadow” or stubble look. My greatest quibble with this particular shaver is that it is nearly impossible to properly clean the blades since they cannot be taken out of the housing, unlike other shavers I have owned, consequently it is very hard to completely clean the hair out (see pictures), and of course this affects the blades and their ability to cut. After about two years the battery died in the middle of a head shave, as a result I had to quickly find a store (wearing a hat of course) to buy another shaver and finish the job. Read more

Initially I would have rated this shaver a strong 4, possibly a 5. Slowly issues kept coming up. I have only used this to shave my head at the sink, not in the shower. First issue, body is apparently not water tight. After about 3 uses, the shaver did not want to shut off & I noticed moisture inside the display. I have never submerged the unit, only the water dripping from my hand or head has ever been on the shaver body. Tried being even more careful by drying my hand each time before touching the shaver. But after about 5 uses, it is very clear that ANY water that touches the body of the shaver gets inside of it. I'm currently at about 8 uses & the shaver kept turning on by itself all night. I could not turn it off or get the moisture out of the display. I plugged it in today to charge & it charged just enough to turn back on by itself. I pressed the button to turn it off & it did stop, but now doesn't charge when plugged in. I saw the other bad reviews & tried it anyway thinking the good ones outweighed the bad ones. If I'd have rated the shaver after the first use or two, my review would have been good too. But, the shaver did not last 90 days. Closer to about 75-ish days, with problems starting in the 3rd week. I would not recommend anyone buy this shaver. Update: contacted seller, I was within the 90 window of purchase. After running through the standard troubleshooting, seller offered to either replace the razor or rufund half of the purchase price. I opted for the razor replacement. Shipment took a couple weeks. Wish I found this sooner. Started losing my hair a few years ago and have tried multiple head shavers. This one is by far the easiest to use and works the best. I dry shave and it kind of feels like I'm getting a head massage. 3-4 times a week for 10 min per session. Read more

The shaver itself performs very well. Where they fall down is customer service. I emailed them and asked for a part number for an extra head. They emailed back with the number for a 5 head shaver. I sent another email asking for the proper part number and heard nothing in return. I took a guess on one that Amazon offers and it fit. Read more
