This is a great shaver that is compact, lightweight, inexpensive, and still gives a quality close shave. Normally I would use either my corded and cordless brand-name hair clipper to shave my head. I would use the clipper with no guide and get the closest shave I could. Although these still provide a great even shave, they leave short stumps of hair. Also, it takes time to ensure full coverage and can be extremely messy! With this little guy, I get a closer shave (see pic), within a few minutes, and best of all ZERO mess! The cleaning is easy. Simply rinse it under a running faucet. Initially, I had difficulty time removing the center blade, but that was due to a USER ERROR. You simply twist the center blade counter-clockwise and it pops right out. It even has directional arrows to show you how to remove the center blade for cleaning, but I didn't see it. I took a close-up picture. Overall, quick shave, less messy, and is easy on the pocket. Fastest close shave I have had between using a trimer, razor, and this little shaver. Hope that helps. This razor worked great while it lasted. It provided a good, close, and even shave. The $29 price tag can not be beat. The problem began right about the time Amazon's 30 day return policy expired. First, the LED lights stopped working altogether. It became impossible to tell if the unit was finished charging or needed charging. They just went out. Shortly after that, the razor began turning itself on randomly, sometimes while it was charging, but also sometimes not. It would also sometimes not turn on when the power button was pressed. I was impressed enough with the shave I got from this razor that I was willing to give the company a chance to make this right. However, there is no warranty or contact information in or on the box, so I can't contact them. This all happened just days after Amazon's 30 day return policy expired. I would love to give this another chance, but without any contact info, I can't. Update: Amazon was not able to replace the razor for my, but they were able to provide me with contact info for the seller. They replaced the razor no charge, and the new one works great. I got my head razor a few months back. It worked great for a few uses then it stopped functioning. I was worried I just wasted my money. I contacted the customer support for this razor and they were exceptional. They replied in less than one day and asked for photos or video of the issue I was having where the motor was trying to work but simply clicked and nothing rotated. The impression I got was that they wanted that more for their R&D department rather than to prove fault. They are sending me a replacement. As for the product itself, it works great. Could use a better battery that retains charge better but this doesn’t impact its effectiveness since the battery will last long enough to use, it just dissipates quickly when not in use. This is really one great shaver. First and foremost, shave is neat, fast and not too noisy. What is really amazing is the weight: it's lighter than your cell phone. It is charged thru USB cable, which makes it versatile. It is sleek and stylish, feels very good in your palm. It can be operated in your sleep (which I wouldn't recommend, it was supposed to be a joke). Very easy to clean: just rinse the floating heads under the running water, let it dry and you're done. Nice set of extras includes hair clipper , 3 combs, nose hair trimmer, cleansing brush and massage brush - even if you never used some of them now you will. I didn't use it for wet shave but given everything else I would expect it to work well for that too. Add a $29.99 price to the mix and you get yourself a winner: my previous head shaver costed almost $70 but I cannot say it was better in any way. Don't be cheap like I was. This smoking hot deal is because it isn't quality at all. When it comes to shaving, it does what it should while it runs. It's not a blade and you can't expect it to compare to that closeness. The problem is that within a couple of months, it won't charge anymore and it'll be worthless. From the jump it didn't hold a charge for more than 3 days no matter how little you ran it over that time. I'm talking like maybe 20 minutes of run time at the most and it's out.. pay more and get yourself some better quality. Stay away from this one! Read more
