The Health O Meter is accurate and is easy to read. I ditched my ditial scale for this one. Ditial scale if you leaned a certain way numbers would change. What I really liked is that this scale doesn't require changing a battery or anything. It's simple. You just get on, look down and see the weight. However, I can't quite SEE the number. I look down and have to really guess what I weight unless it's right ON a number. (This scale has an arrow that points at a tiny line that I can't quite see from five and a half feet above it.) My husband ended up using this scale so I kept it. He ended up cracking the clear plastic over the dial (by stepping on it) but it still works. Read more

The calibration is a bit tricky and changes if you lift it, or the wind blows on it. Easy to read, even if you should have cut back on drinking beer a long time ago. I am not so sure of the accuracy, though bouncing on it gives the same reading. Has a good look, even though it's plastic. If you are snooty, this is not for you. If you want to know the weight of your bowl movement, go see a doctor, or poop in your dinner bowl, and use a kitchen scale. Read more
