Non smelly, non-greasy. Works well. I have neuropathy in my feet and put it on my feet then put my wool socks over and went to bed and the next morning the pain was so much less. Just had shoulder surgery and I'm still having a lot of pain in the shoulder and then the muscle groups from the neck to the shoulder blade so I put some on there right before doing my feet, put a t-shirt on and went to bed and the next morning felt a lot better. I have used a number of Lidocaine "creams" but they are thin and more like a liquid. This is a nice consistency more like a toothpaste and I can put it where I need it. So glad I ordered 2. Very reasonable cost. Read more

I love this stuff. I was using a different Lidocaine cream. I decided to try this b/c it was a little cheaper. It is better than the other otc I was using and I think I like the addition of the cream. I add this to a compound cream to help spread the compound cream easier and so I don't have to use as much of the expensive compound cream. I'm glad I decided to try it and now it is my go-to.
