I lost one of my old hearing aids and needed a new pair fast. I am almost 70 but still teach school and cant afford to miss work. I ordered a pair of another brand that you put straight into the ear canal and was less noticeable than my previous hearing aids and fairly expensive. They came and right away I had problems with feedback and screeching in my ears. I tried everything but could not get them to stop whistling and making screeching noises every time I walked or moved fast. I got home and thought this pair might work better. Ordered and delivered Overnight, the pair you see here and they work perfectly and were easy to use right off the bat. I think the ones that fit directly into the ear canal and you cant see might work great for some people but if you are very active and/or have one of your ear canals that isn’t perfectly fitted for those type of hearing aids these will work for you much better. I didnt have to adjust them all day like the others. I didnt have to even think about them even when i walked out into the wind blowing crazy right into my ear. So happy I have not to seek professional help so far. I'm 85 yrs old with moderate to moderate severe high frequency hearing loss. With all the knowledge I have obtained in the last year about the ins and outs of OTC and Professional devices and brands I decided to get an upgrade to my 5 previous low budget in-ear-hearing aids. All of these were very bad on back ground noise. I wanted a behind-the-ear device I could wear all-day long. I'm so happy to find this one on Amazon. It provides 3 settings for back ground noise control and 3 volume settings controllable by pushing a button on the device and through the app. The app also has a hearing fitting test for each ear that you then can apply. This last test was very helpful to get the clearest perception of sound in all settings. I was absolutely blown away when I'm driving as my hearing was almost the same in back ground noise as I would not wear a hearing aid. The secret is in the individual settings. Most of my Bluetooth connection problems with my GalaxyS10e are being resolved by contacting the company through my What's app. They were very helpful. I must’ve got dud moms stopped charging and I’m not computer savy to try to get refund or partial etc. Want another set since mom got familiar with at 92 but very disappointed in battery I don’t see others had this issue. 4 months in: They work very well, as advertised but here are 4 reasons for 3 marks off. 1) They were advertised to look like average ear buds so nobody will know they are hearing aids which is what I wanted. i've been asked 3 times over 4 months if I was wearing hearing aids. :( 2) Just recently, the left one started having issues where the volume is so low you can't hear it. I turned it off and on and made sure it had good charge but no fix. 3) They don't fit perfectly in my ear. For them to work perfectly, they need to be snug in my ear. they come out slightly shortly after inserting them and i'm constantly having to adjust them back in. It's not the size of the insert but a design flow of the curved arm. it needs to be adjustable to a specific position rather than just flexible. I expect these will fit many folks perfectly but not everybody has the same size ears. 4) I need these to connect via blue tooth to my computer and my phone at the same time. I have other standard earbuds that do this very well but these will not connect to more than 1 blue tooth device at a time. Read more

These are comfortable but lack bass tones. Very tinny sounding. The app confuses me in regards to volume. The app shows volume control for left and right but it doesn’t equate to the volume buttons on the ear pieces. In the app I turn the volume to zero. Then I push the ear pieces volume buttons and the volume comes up but the app still shows the volume off. I would expect when I hit the ear piece buttons I would see the app volume indicator change as well but I don’t. I also hear an occasional chirp from the right ear piece. Read more
