The cable knit pattern stands out better in person than in the photos. Big fluffy collars are power, big hoods evoke mystery: you get both. It is super absorbent, and dries quickly. I bought this robe for when I go into labor, I wanted something to put over the hospital gown when I get cold. I'm very close to due so I don't really have time for the exchange process. It fits well over my belly, it's very warm, and the fabric is very soft. My only issue so far is it came out of the package with the red already bleeding into the white, there are literal streaks of pink through it, so I have a strong feeling that when I wash it (and I have to, it has a smell and it's all weird from being shrink wrapped) all the white is going to turn pink. Which is unfortunate because while I love the color red, I'm not a huge fan of the color pink. Oh well, at least it's comfortable. Read more

The pockets are deep and the hood isn't too big. A lot of the robes that I looked up had really big hoods but this one is fine. Can't beat it for the price!
