No words can describe how excited I am that I bought this robe as a Christmas present for my Mom. It scared the twinkies when I took it out of the shipping box, because it came extremely compressed in an air tight plastic bag and looked too small & light weight for what I was looking for. It's almost Christmas as I write this, & snow's on the ground. My Mother's always complaining about being cold in the morning. It popped out of the shipping plastic & just grew bigger & bigger until it was plump, lush, warm, & cozy! It is super thick, and just looks & feels luxurious and decadent. I got one with a hood to keep her ears & neck warm, too. Plus picked a warm color. This robe feels quite heavy on a hanger, it's got mass. My 1st out-of-the-box impression while it was still PACKAGED was one of fear, I thought it too small. Nope. I know she'll LOVE this thing to the ends of the earth and I am SO happy with it! And if she didn't I would absolutely keep it for myself! I would just recommend looking over the size chart 1st before ordering. LOVE!!! Read more

This is the softest robe I've ever worn! I like that it just "dusts" the top of my ankles. The pockets are deep and roomy. The hood covers my entire head (and I have a rather large head, the circumference is 7 & 3/4 inches), and with a head full of dredlocks, that's saying something.
