Great improvement to my old heat gun.

I have an old heat gun that I bought many years ago. I don't use it that much, just when I have to heat some shrink tubing or some such thing. Every time I use it, though, I have to be very careful to set it down on something that won't burn, or to make sure I don't get burned myself! I saw this product and it looked like just what I needed. It may be intended for commercial heat guns, but the measurements looked right for my old DIY gun. The nozzle on my heat gun is a bit larger than those currently available. It took a bit of work but it stays on. Now I don't have to worry about damaging a surface, or myself! To me, this is a very valuable piece of safety equipment and something I've needed for a long time. Read more
