It's a little more expensive than some other options out there, but this one comes with an lightweight plastic storage case to keep everything together and a putty knife which you'll need anyway if you are using this for paint stripping. The heat gun is typical with 2 speeds and 2 temperature settings. There are multiple nozzle attachments included that easily clip on for various uses. Overall build quality still feels kind of cheap, but its still functional and does what I need it for. It works good (but is probably a little overboard) for heat shrink tubing on electronics where it only gets intermittent use, but I have also used it to heat/bend some plastic sheets too and it worked well for that. I have another heat gun that I think is the same design and I've been using that one for a while now with no issues. I got this to remove a million bumper stickers on a used car previously owned by a teenager. This is my first big heat gun. The ones ive used before are more light light duty craft heat guns. This thing is strong. It puts out a lot of heat. I'm clumsy so me and the metal attachments dont get along so well. I've burnt myself so many times accidentally touching the hot attachments. So you definitely have to be aware of where your body is while using it. Just a tiny tap really sucks. But that's my fault, the gun works beautifully. Imstant heating of vinyl, sooo much easier than the smaller ones. The stickers just peel right off. It gets so hot you could probably blow dry cook an egg with it. Perfect for large vinyl projects although this thing could be used for a wide range of projects. I have ran it for hours at a time and it has given me no problems. The only flaw it has is that one of the clasps on the storage case broke immediately the first time I opened it. Read more

Heat Gun. Nice heat gun in it's own plastic case with a few nozzles and scraper. Plugged in and works fine, heats up really fast! The different nozzles will allow you direct the heat/hot air whether in a pin pointed area, broader area or flat and more spread out area. This should help me with some post processing of 3D printed parts. Heat gun as two fan speeds which is beneficial if you don't need quite as much hot air blowing on the part you are trying to work with. This heat gun could be used for many different jobs whether softening up vinyl for installing or removing car wraps, heat shrink on electrical connections or smoothing 3D print surfaces like I am. I ordered this primarily for electrical heat shrink and it worked fine for that application. The included accessories to direct nozzle flow fit well are appropriate for typical heat gun use. The included case is light duty, but does the job. Most heat guns in this price range ($38 US at time of order) have the ability to control flow and heat from a blend vent at the rear of the tool. This one does not although it looks like it should based on the markings and design. Evidently they still use the same exterior components models that have this feature but for this one they place a sticker that says "Do not rotate". Read more
