The fabric itself is soft enough, but the elements inside and hard and the way they're positioned is very uncomfortable. I could only use it on the lowest heating setting and even then, it was too hot. Despite that I decided to keep using this mask as it's way more convenient that having to get up in the middle of the night to microwave the rice mask. But just as the return window closed, it stopped working all together. It looks like it's charging. The light comes up while charging and indicates it's fully charged after a couple of hours, but the mask doesn't turn on anymore. I needed a heated compress mask for my dry eyes. This mask does the job - it only stays on for about 15 minutes and it’s all the comfortable because of the battery in it. Just bought these based on the comments for me and my husband. These are nice and warm, but are not comfortable. The material is so thin and the battery pack that charges for warmth is hard on my forehead. I wouldn't waste the money. The padding could be way better than the thin padding it has. When the item arrived the seal on the box was broken, suggesting that it might very been purchased and returned. Also, the charging cable had been unwrapped. I considered doing a return, but I needed it quickly due to recent eye surgery. That said, the eyeshadow works quite well. It fits well, and provides good warmth, relieving eye discomfort. Battery life could be better. But I'm just a bit miffed that I had to pay full price for an open box item. Read more

I recently discovered this heated eye mask after having surgery and being unable to sleep. The pain meds gave me headaches as well. I immediately was thrilled with this the very first time. The only downside is that the battery runs down pretty quickly and takes a long time to charge. I still love it enough to give it the highest rating. Read more

This product is nothing as described, there is a hard battery pack in the eye mask that sits on the bridge of nose which causes some discomfort and the heating mechanism cannot sit on both eyes at same time. Also does not massage. Read more
