I love this mask. I have struggled with insomnia my whole life. This massages the eyes and temple area. It also provides heat and minimal music. I have been doing a lot of reading and for me this soothes the Vegas nerve which allows the body to turn off the flee or fight mechanism in my body and stops my mind from racing. I'm at that unfortunate age where I don't sleep and everything is changing. I bought this hoping for some better sleep. My Dr put me on Lunesta as needed. Here are my thoughts after 2 weeks: Likes: 1-the fit for me is fine. 2-love the heat 3-love the pressure 4-blocks all light Needs improvement: 1-buttons don't always respond as you think they are. Hard to switch settings without taking off. 2-if the Bluetooth/music feature is important just move on. You can barely hear it. 3-battery life. Only lasts 2-3 cycles. Overall I love this product and it's part of my bedtime routine and I usually fall asleep with it on. My hubby loves that he can come in, turn bathroom light on, etc, without disturbing me. It helps me get to sleep easy and the lunesta helps keep me there. If I do wake up, I just turn it back on. Read more
