The customer service/ care is the best I’ve experienced. They worked very hard to help me get what I needed. They communicated with me frequently and followed up with me to ensure I was satisfied. All stars are for their customer service. The gloves did not work for me. My star rating for the product is 1. Unfortunately the gloves themselves did not heat my hand. They fit very loose. My glove size varies by make/ model but typically xxl or xl. The xl in these are baggy on my hand. They are described as liners but they are thick. They do not fit under my outer shell gloves. The heating element got hot on the upper thumb area of my hand but I couldn’t feel the heat anywhere else. I bought these for motorcycle driving. I used these in 54 degree weather. The glove itself had some warmth so I wasn’t too bad to wear. That being said I did not feel any produced heat from the heating coils at all. I’m also curious about the battery life. I ride for two hours with the gloves on full power and it seemed the batteries were on their last leg. Read more
Work well and keeps your hands warm. I was surprised because these are not heavy gloves. The sizing was on the large size, be sure to measure. Read more
Heat coverage is not what is advertised. At least for my unit. The heat is only on the order edge of the glove. Not on the palm or all 5 fingers. Had to return it for refund. Read more
I have MS and my right hand is always freezing as well as tingling from neuropathy. I bought these gloves to help keep my hand warm. They work great! I did buy the extended batteries which add about a third more time per charge. The charging cable charges two batteries as once, so I keep two on the charger and two with me all the time. The longer batteries are better to wear during the night while I am sleeping. I also use them on the medium setting so the batteries last longer each use. The company is sending me a replacement set because my glove is no longer heating. If this one wears out, I will buy another pair from this same company! They immediately responded to my request and offered a free replacement. I won't accept more than one free pair though. I appreciate having something that works for me and is so useful. I really like how thin these are, which of course they are designed to be worn other heavy gloves, but I find it nice to have them be so thin. Definite recommend! Read more
Batteries were fully charged, I went running this morning in 23 degree weather. No wind or snow. Level One: Slight warmth around wrist area. Level Two: Slight warmth increased a bit towards palm and back of hand. Level Three: No discernible difference from Level Two. Do not buy, they are absolute garbage, these $70 “heated” gloves were as effective as my regular $15 insulated gloves. And to add insult to injury, the batteries were dead after one hour on Level Three. Returned them, will get a pair of heated gloves from a known major brand. Read more
These gloves are expensive (imo) so I was happy to see the quality in the unboxing. The gloves are elegant. The batteries are well hidden and easy to get out for recharging. The batteries are not heavy, which was a concern, and the gloves look good. They are thin, not bulky (also a concern when ordered). The glove does not get really "hot" but will keep the chill off of my hands. We had -14F degrees the past week and the gloves were able to keep my hands comfortable. Read more
During the cold months here in PA (it is 10 degrees, today) my wife suffers from cold and painful fingers. I purchased these gloves for her over a year ago. She got great service from them last winter wearing them outside on our farm, and in the cold grocery store, etc. This year, as the cold days fell upon us, she began using them again. She found that one of the batteries would discharge must faster than the other. I contacted Sunwill (the glove manufacturer) about this. They promptly sent me a pair of new batteries, no charge. The gloves are now working evenly again. It is nice to see a seller that provides great product support. Read more
I was looking for a solution to cold hands when doing early morning bike rides down to 10F. Regular winter cycling gloves were only good down to around 32F. Regular heated gloves didn't seem to combine much insulation with the heating elements so they were only barely warm on the backs of the hands with the wind created by traveling at 20mph. My palms and fingertips still froze. These liners, worn inside a fully insulated ski glove, has provided the solution. I have rather large hands (I'm 6'5") but found the XL/XXL size liners to be a decent fit. The grippy palms and fingers might be useful when wearing these liner gloves alone, but they make putting them inside regular gloves a bit challenging. Still, I found a pair of VERY large ski gloves (made by Gordini, size XXL) which worked to go over these liners. The result? Ahhhhh. Warm hands at last. The touch screen fingertips work well if I want to stop and take a picture or otherwise access my phone. Why not 5 stars? Battery life. After a few weeks of near daily use, the gloves only seem to run on High for 30-45 minutes on a full charge - hardly the 2-2.5 hours claimed. The seller says they will send me a new set of batteries.
