I’ve been using the Heavy Duty Adjustable Bench for a weeks now, and it has exceeded my expectations. The build is very solid — you can tell it’s made to handle heavy loads (the 1200 lb max capacity feels very reassuring). It doesn’t wobble at all, even during more intense exercises like bench press and step-ups. The adjustable positions make it super versatile for a full-body workout — from incline bench presses to core exercises using the Roman chair function. The seat and backrest are comfortable with firm padding, and the headrest is a nice touch for support during longer sets. Adjusting angles is quick and easy, and it locks securely in place. Ordinarily, I'm not given to writing reviews unless something exceeds my expectations or truly gives me a hard time. In this case, it would be the latter. On a positive note, the bench is solid. And furthermore, I got a great deal, given that I purchased it during this year's (2025) Black Friday event. That adds a mitigating element to this review... That having been said, the instructions for the bench ABSOLUTELY SUCKED! I have come to expect the not most eloquent of directions when it comes to products "MADE IN CHINA" but this one takes the cake! A lot of effort was put into reading between the incongruent lines and if I do say so myself, I'm a very handy guy and can put together almost anything without missing a beat. This is solid! Comfortable, wide, adjustable and easy to use. Best bench I’ve owned… let’s get to the root of the problem. The instructions for assembly are terrible. But if you get through those it is a great product for a great price! Read more
