So I bought this to replace my old clothes rack, that is easily a decade old, and uses pressure clamps to make the height adjustable. THis rack, is a BEAST of a rack lol. It's a good 20 inches longer than the rack it replaced, AND it has built in extensions to make it stretch EVEN WIDER lol. The default height on the high side is 6 feet - and it can go higher. I didn't bother measuring the "low" side. I love that there's storage on the bottom, if you choose to store stuff there (box of hangers maybe?). Assembly took me less than 45 minutes, and it was super easy. Single page of instructions is all you get, and tbh all you needs. it that simple. You get 2 lockable wheels, and 2 free rollers as well. Will this actually hold 450 pounds? I will never know, but it definitely FEELS strong and sturdy, especially for the $66 USD I paid for it. My ONLY con, that affects me, is the actual hanging racks aren't far enough apart for clothes to not hit touch each other. The support struts going up are only 6 inches apart - my old rack that's falling apart had its support struts measure 10.5 inches apart. Y’all, this broke the same day I got it. Visually it seemed to be “sturdy” and easy to assemble. But as soon as I put my winter coat collection on it the pole where it’s attached just snapped in half like it was glued on instead of welded on or something. I’m very skeptical about purchasing any other coat racks or anything for that matter here on Amazon if y’all selling stuff like this….
