This clothing rack is a great solution if you need extra closet space without taking up too much room. It’s compact but still offers a lot of functionality with two lower shelves and a full hanging bar that can accommodate longer items. The total height is accurate, and it works well for dresses, coats, suits, or even as a drying rack in a laundry room. There are also solid wooden hooks at the top corners that are thick and sturdy, which are great for hanging items without stretching them out. Assembly is straightforward and fairly quick. The instructions are clear, the hardware is labeled well, and all necessary tools are included. It even comes with spare bolts, which is a nice touch. Just pay attention to the direction of the posts during assembly. The metal tubing isn’t the thickest, but it feels appropriate for the size of the rack and holds up well once assembled. The wheels roll smoothly on hard flooring and lock securely, though you may need to help guide it over rugs or thresholds. One important note is to measure your space carefully. The listed shelf dimensions don’t fully account for the wheels and pegs, so the overall footprint is slightly larger than the shelf measurements alone. Overall, it’s sturdy, easy to assemble, and a great value for the price. If you’re looking for a smaller rolling rack that maximizes vertical space without overwhelming a room, this is a solid option. Read more

I got this rack to hang works in progress in my small sewing studio. I had about 18.5" to the right of a bookcase so I ordered this and crossed my fingers it would fit, as it is just what I needed and it would save me lots of the limited space I have in the room. Well, it didn't fit. While the dimensions are given, they are not the most accurate as they don't take into account the wheels and the pegs, just the w x l of the shelves, so they are much smaller than the floor space needed. You need at least 22 1/2 " x 19" of floor space, 22" length x 19" depth at the bottom with legs rotated at their widest, so the rack can be rolled in and out with 360 degree rotation (but the measurement at the pegs level is 22 3/8") . The total height of 72" is accurate. Despite it not fitting my space, I still love it. It went together fairly quickly (just watch out for the 3rd level of posts where there is a right and wrong direction) as the assembly instructions are very clear and straightforward. The metal of the posts is the standard type you would find in other metal shelves, not the thickest but appropriate for the size and type of rack this is. Great value and quality for the price and great space saver with the two shelves and hanging space for very long clothing items. If you're in the market for a smaller rack, this is a great one to get. I would highly recommend it! Read more

I bought a different variation of this rack back in January and liked it enough that I just grabbed the black one too. My daughter's been staying with us since she started her new job and her closet situation is nonexistent. This fits in the corner of the guest room next to the dresser without eating up floor space. At 18 inches wide it's genuinely narrow, not "narrow" the way some listings claim and then the thing takes up half a wall. Assembly took me about 25 minutes. The metal tubes slide together and lock, nothing complicated. My wife did the first one by herself while I was at Costco so it's not a two-person job. Feels solid. I hung a heavy wool coat and a couple suits on it and there's no wobble or bending. The mesh shelves on the bottom hold shoes fine but the weave is tight enough that dirt and grit sit on top instead of falling through, so you'll be wiping them down. The wheels roll but they catch on our hallway rug. Two of them lock which helps on hard floors. The side hooks are actually wood, which I didn't expect at this price. I've been hanging a tote bag on one. My only real gripe is the arched frame at the top limits how many hangers you can slide across before they start bunching. Just annoying if you're trying to pack it full. Read more

This clothing rack came boxed neatly with parts tightly packaged—one exception being that two sets of poles of slightly different size were out of their labeled bags, so it was a little trial and error to determine which ones they were. The rack comes with the three tools needed for assembly, an extra screw of each size, and easy-to-follow directions. One hole in a side support bar was slightly misdrilled, making it unable to securely attach to the rack (see photo). However, the bar is still stable and the misaligned screw is not enough of an issue to return the rack or affect its function. (The misaligned hole problem could be repaired with a drill). The rack looks nice and is constructed with a rich-colored, scratch-free metal. It is sturdy for hanging clothing, has two mesh shelves, and contains 4 hooks on the outside for hanging additional items. The rack is on wheels for easy movement. Two of the wheels have locking mechanisms to keep the rack in place. The rack easily holds 10+ hanging items. Read more
