I’m glad I didn’t return this steam cleaner. At first, I thought it took too long to produce hot steam. Later, I found it works much better if you turn the machine on and let it heat up for about 5 minutes before turning the steam dial. After that, the steam became hot much faster. It does great job on kitchen grease and soap scum in the bathroom with no chemicals added. A very good steam cleaner, powerful and easy to use. It heats up and produce steam quickly. The motor is quiet and powerful to shoot out the strong stream. The large tank allows for extended cleaning without refilling. I like that it has three adjustable levels, making it easy to use on both delicate surfaces and tougher dirt.
