I really like these knives. Very strong and sharp. I used them to score my Christmas ham and then slice it after cooking. They sliced cleanly and without much pressure. I can’t see any difference between these knives and the high dollar knife sets I’ve used in the past. I recommend them as an economical alternative to high priced chef sets. Read more
