I read a lot of reviews before buying where people reported inserts being small, narrow, or uncomfortable. I can say I didn't have any of these issues. I'm not a large person--I wear US men's 5/US women's 6.5--and these were perfectly sized for my sneakers. I used them in a pair of deep-set "platform" (there's only like an inch of lift booo) shoes, women's size 7. The shoes were a loose fit on me on purpose so that I could add lifts. I ended up using one attachment to the heel each, but I also used another wedge attachment under the toe part to give me more of a platform inside overall. (The shoes had a LOT of room from sole to tongue) I cut them down to the line marked 7, despite it saying men's, so these may be a bit shorter than you'd expect? But they're not uncomfortable at all. They're quite cushy and nice to walk on. I frequently wear platforms or heels though, so maybe do some calf pulses before you go buying these if you anticipate having an issue lol. I suspect they might flatten a bit over time, but unless you used these in huge boots, you'll probably have a wedge or two left over that you couldn't use in the heel (unless you wanna look insane) that you can add in later. For an Amazon shoe insert, I'd say it's not bad at all. They're more comfortable to use than just wearing my other 3" platform sneakers so I say it's worth it to try em. Read more
Increases height as advertised. As for comfortability I found it to be subjective. 1st time wearing it is definitely uncomfortable. You might need to loosen the laces if ur shoes has em. On select shoes however its fits pretty good and the more you use it, sooner it gets pretty comfortable. Its a matter of getting used to it Read more
Really bad quality, good in concept but inapplicable as they or either won’t fit (loose) or will hurt you while walking (all the steps up, even just the insole) will return, pretty high price for a bad designed insoles Read more
They are overall good, but if you have a wide foot it's not the best. The are hard to fit into normal shoes and feel unbalanced sometimes. Other than that these are good. Read more
Made me taller I wear every day Read more
I had been thinking about purchasing a product like this for a while. Recently, I saw a commercial advertising a different type that you wear over your foot. Didn’t look like it would be comfortable. But that commercial led me to search for this product on Amazon. I found these and two things drew my interest. (1) The price and (2) The stacking style. When I got them and put them (no stacking) in a shoe and was not pleased with the feel. Once I realized I had put them in upside down. They felt much better! 😂 I started with the non-stacked insole and then moved to the shortest addition. I have no idea how tall I am standing now. But I started at 5/10 and feel a lot taller. They are comfortable to wear all day. So far, nobody has actually said anything about looking taller. Since I wore the 1 level for a bit it was gradual enough for them not to notice. Bottom line is I feel better and more confident using these. They work best with a boot/hitop shoe. Lower top shoes and push your ankle outside of the shoe. A++ would buy again Read more
6’0 trying to go to 6’2 is a pain. Quality wise it could be better but at the bottom of your feet they’ll just hurt. There are better options on Amazon. just continue searching. Read more
