I will get straight to the point. I'm 6'0 and always wanted to be taller. These may differ from you but I'll get straight to the point. 1. Made in Korea Can't go wrong with that! Surprised considering the proliferation of Made in China products. Korea has great QC and products and for the price this shocked me. It says so on the packaging. 2. Do not use with low rise sneakers! More than likely it will take up 50-60% of the space. If you use with sneakers, it needs to be high tops. If not, it will be blatantly obvious you're using height increasing soles and the ball of your foot may be too close to the top of the shoe. Very uncomfortable and not secure. 3. Fits well with boots Not noticeable and usually there's enough space for the sole and your foot. Anything smaller you risk having no space in the shoe for your feet. 4. Try with the sole first If its comfortable then start adding the height increasing add-ons. If its uncomfortable with just the sole, it will be even more uncomfortable once you start adding the blocks. For myself, even with the base sole it was very uncomfortable after a couple of minutes. I'd suggest not to use this if you're constantly moving or for work where you're on your toes. It seems like they're best used if you're walking a short distance or you're going to sit down most of the time. I'd advise if it causes any pain or discomfort to cease using it immediately. It pushed my toes deep into my boots and even now I have some discomfort in my toes and my shin for two days so far but its minor and I'm not too worried. 5. Check your height tip-toe first If you want to take a guess at how tall you will look to others, stand on your tip toes and elevate your heel up 1.5 inches. Thats about how much of a change you'll realistically see. If all of these factors work for you, the cost is not prohibitive and you should try it. The quality is good but for my own feet its uncomfortable and not really worth it unless trying to posture up against someone but I'm average height to begin with. I'd love to give it a higher rating due to its quality but I can't dismiss my personal comfort. Its just not practical for myself. Read more

I ordered size 7-11 mens. I wear an 11 and it looks to be about 2” short. Aside from that they’re great. I’m not using the other 2 wedges because I can’t fit my foot in my shoe or my but with them on. But the one I am using is nice and very springy Read more

They are little big on the length part but the real issue is how they are so unstable and the holes do not go in so the insole layers fall off . They are very soft though and comfortable to stand on , but you can’t run or play sports in these . Read more

This product works well but best with chunky sneakers. My son purchased for prom because his girlfriend was wearing five inch heels. He wore jordans the inserts worked great. As you can see in the pic the inserts are not very noticeable which is great. Read more
