I'm 5'1" and 160 lbs. It fit well around my shoulders and back. The pants fit well around my thighs. I had trouble with those areas in my old F1 FUJI gi. I've only washed this gi in cold water and air dried. It has shrunk slightly but not significantly, which is a big deal! It doesn't hold any smell at all. I also love the natural hemp color. The off white color with the graphic patches/embroidery sets this gi apart from the rest. My only real complaint is that an female fit was not available. So, im a one stripe white belt, and since I pretty much started I've been doing non stop research on anything involved with BJJ. The conclusion I came to after a couple months is hemp is the way to go. So, I start searching best hemp gis. Datsusara was my first choice but something struck me with the senso. It was more my style, I liked how flashy it was, that it had cooling material lining, but most of all I couldn't find ONE review that want even somewhat detailed. This made me curious. I figured I'd chance it an go with the hempo. A couple "customers" (bots) reviewed it on the website and said it took a while to get there or it didn't show up so I was worried about that. But it surprisingly showed up in less than a week. I ordered it Thursday afternoon an got it Monday. And I have a Fuji All around gi to start with and I swear the difference is night an day. The hempo gi and pants are literally like wearing thin pajamas. And since it felt so soft I figured I'td be super easy for my partners to get good wrist/leg grips on my gi but it really was no different from my cotton gi. This gi is great. A4 Soft. Where is like it’s heavy but is cooling to the touch. Does not get smelly. I did cut off all of the large patches to reduce the flashy look. Definitely worth every penny. Read more
Great Gi, the jacket is super lightweight and more flexible compared to other cotton gis which i like a lot. Very cool patch work on both pants and jacket. Only thing I dont like are the pants, heavy and fit weird for me. I am 6 " 160, waist size 32, pants are too wide and short compared to other A2 gis i have bought before, may fit others better Read more

WOW!!!!!!!. This GI is AMAZINGLY comfortable. I would easily wear this over all my Shoyorolls, but the sleeves are about 1 to 2 inches short for me on each sleeve. I am 5’11 and 185 pounds but I have long arms. If I was normal proportions for my height this would fit no problem. I can’t stress how comfortable this GI feels. I am bummed I have to return it.
