The item did work as expected. It did take a little priming to get the water to flow, but once it was going it had decent water pressure. It must be fully submerged to get it to stay at the bottom, otherwise it will not work and will float back to the top. The sprayer holder suction cup was not very strong, but held as long as it was moved. It doesn't have a very long battery life, but it will last 1 to 2 bath sessions. The charging port seemed like possibly be holding water, I had left it open to completely dry before charging. I never make reviews and this is how bad this thing is! Its the worst thing I have ever bought on amazon! I used it prob 5 times and now it wont shut off, its out of water and just keeps going.. not to mention the plastic for the interchangeable heads are just soo soft! I changed it once and pulled a little wrong and the plastic started striping.. oh and then theres the stream! Absolutely so weak, if the elephant isnt sitting perfectly in the water it basicaly doesnt work. What a waste of money. Only thing good about it is it is cute and the temp does work. Which I guess is worth the 1 star that they force me to choose. But I wish I could give it zero. Read more

I got another but from different seller for her at her house beginning February it’s still working perfectly. Same design just different seller. Yet hers could stop soon.
