its exactly what i was looking for. i have severe anxiety and i dissociate throughout the day because of it. it can really make things difficult for me.. i was taking the vitamins that are present in this pen but they weren't working as much as i'd like, i thought it would be more effective to take a puff in the actual moment i feel the anxiety and i was right. i can see how others might not notice the calming effect, but because my anxiety is so severe that i'm often dissociating, this makes a huge difference from my point of view and the effect is very noticeable for me. this helps calm me down immediately in the moment. tastes just like peach, its pretty good.
