These are amazing tools to use as a female. I use them either on my lower back or on my pelvic region it incredibly helps with reducing cramps that consistent heat is a godsend and they do work 6 to 8ish hours for fantastic relief. The only thing I can say is they stick really really really well when although that is great it can hurt when you're removing them My suggestion, take the adhesive backing off stick it to your clothes and then pull it off this reduces its excessive stickiness still allows it to stay perfectly fine and makes it a little nose painful when you do have to remove them but at least they stay where you're supposed to! First, I absolutely love Femissy's packaging! It is inviting and soothing with their blend of subtle and pops of bright colors. The positive messaging encourages me to feel better and take care of myself. These pads are designed for all skin types and did not irritate my skin. While I did not need to, the heat level can be adjusted with the temperature sticker. The level of heat that I felt was what I believe would be good for a mild, light flow. Now, I do have Endometriosis, so I would not be able to use these without medication during a heavier cycle. They do make some for heavier flow though, so I may give those a try. However, for someone looking for a natural, medicine free, herbal approach, then I recommend giving these a try. They are made well with all natural herbs with the pads. They heat up immediately upon application, which can give immediate relief. My only suggestion is perhaps a bit more flexibility in the pad for women that have belly overhang. The pad is a good size but does not fold with the crease. I have not cycled for a while due to medication, but I may still wear it for a long time to see how long relief is provided. The media could not be loaded. These patches provide great relief for period cramps, especially having Endometriosis. Using the extra strength version available. There is no smell and best part is they stay hot for hours. The box says eight, but Iโve had it on longer. This product has burned my daughter's pelvic area (stomach) badly. Despite putting creams for burned skin is not improving nor going away. I would not recommend anyone to purchase.
