So far so good. And it was much easier than I expected to put together. I got 3 mattresses from 3 different stores/companies cuz they make them so badly these days. I was on #2 and waiting on #3 and hopefully the last to come LOL and the frame the 2nd mattress store gave me was total ugh!! Every time I got in bed it would squeek and I was seriously concerned I would end up squishing my cat one night who likes to go under my bed. Can you imagine! And interestingly, I put the #2 mattress on the frame even tho I was waiting on my #3 mattress to come (I wanted the frame ready so that when the delivery people came it was put together already.) The junk mattress I was returning to the store felt a MILLION times better on this frame! There is a possibility I'd not have even returned it. But it was obviously too late being I had #3 mattress on its way/already bought another one and already arranged for that store to pick that one up! But It goes to show you a strong frame is important. The one that #2 store gave me did not have the rollers which I had previously and honestly did not even know they made bed frames without them. What if I wanted to change my room around? Which I will! And When you make your bed sometimes you want to move the bed a bit! The lil cone feet that the new frames have will bend and go sideways if you try to move the bed! That is very alarming. In the 10 yrs I had my other mattress I moved my room around more than once. No way was I going to never move my bed. And the frame the store gave me did not have as many supports. I am pretty sure that is a reason the #2 mattress felt so much better and totally different. It had been sagging in the middle. A brand new mattress! Top of the line too. They are doing a disservice by using a junk frame. There is NO squeaking at all on this. I ordered 675.00 dollars of goods on this order from Amazon and the first thing I received within a couple days was this bed frame. You did better than all others. Really well built bed frame. Assembly was easy and only required 2 screws, even though there are a lot of extras in the bag - maybe for attaching a headboard? One thing I'll say is to put the wheels on earlier in the process - like once you've connected the sides to each other put on the wheels. It made connecting the middle piece much easier. I'm a heavy guy and I have no worries about this bed frame, and since it uses 7 wheels (3 right in the middle, where they're needed most) I feel like I won't have to worry about breaking any of them when my girl and I give it the old "earthquake test." This is about the same price as much less sturdy bed frames, and even if you're not a large person the build quality of this one makes it a no-brainer. Get it. Read more
