Works like a charm but definitely recommend checking the expiration dates when receiving the package. My fault on this order, but I ordered this product in May of 2024 thinking I needed it right away, but I didn’t and someone I know wanted to try it out since I have a new one and I finally saw (Feb 2025) what the expiration date to be 12/22. Totally caught me off guard, will definitely be checking more thoroughly every time now since I didn’t get to check until now and it’s already way too late to return or dispute it. This stuff is life changing. I've suffered with big painful cold sores that would last for weeks since I was 5 years old and never took anything for them growing up. As an adult I discovered the patches which were nice for discretion and pain management while the patch is on, but I do feel like they make the healing process much longer. Actually works for cold sores! This is the only thing that truly works for my cold sores. I highly recommend it to anyone who gets them. It really helps speed up the healing process. It does feel a little weird and tastes pretty bad (at least to me), but I honestly don’t care because it works so well. The price is great too. It contains beeswax — which I’m allergic to — but I still use it because it’s that effective. Apply it directly to the sore, and if you can, wear a mask when going out or put on a thick layer before bed. Read more
