I was really excited to try this product after seeing a video about it, and overall I do like it. The cream itself is smooth and feels very nice when applied. The built-in vibrating feature works well and makes the application feel like a mini massage—I assume it also helps the product absorb more effectively. That said, like with most beauty products, I think you have to be very consistent with daily use to see any significant results. I haven’t been consistent enough, so I can’t speak to long-term changes yet. But based on the texture, ease of use, and the thoughtful vibration design, I think it has potential if you stick with it. I love the texture and how it makes my eye area feel. However, the vibrating feature tends to malfunction with use. After a few weeks, when I try to put the cap on, it stays vibrating nonstop, which is really annoying. I end up having to leave it uncapped. This is actually my second one, and the same thing happened to both. That’s my only complaint about the product. Read more
