Great quality
I have been looking for ankle weights like these, but, can't find them anywhere. Took a chance that maybe these would slide over my foot and fit my ankle....they do! I wear a size 7 women's shoe and these fit perfectly. They are very well made with heavy duty stitching. LOVE THEM! Read more
Good for Older Adults
I bought these weights for my dad so that he could add some resistance while walking. As an older adult, heavier weights might have thrown him a little off balance. These 1lb weights were exactly what he needed to help increase his workout effort just enough so that it wouldn't be uncomfortable. He's in his late 80s and very thin so we didn't want to get anything too heavy. He enjoys using these every day on his walks...at least that is what he tells us. :) Read more

These 1 pound weights are fine. If you are a stickler though, you should know that they are not exactly the same weight. One is 15.1 ounces; the other is 1 pound and 5 ounces. Otherwise, they are comfortable, easy to use, and, I hope, durable. Read more
