Perfect for apt life for 1 or 2 people
This cooker is on the small side though that is what i was seeking when i purchased it. For me, it's perfect. It comfortably makes 2 servings. There's not a lot more to say as everything is pretty straightforward with a slow cooker. The pictures are accurate. I'll just point out that it has a matte finish, similar to what phone companies called "soft" before we moved back to everything glossy on our phones. The finish looks nice and it's holding up well. You get what you pay for
Functionally, this does what it says it does. That’s the nicest thing I have to say. It’s very cheaply made. The nonstick surface is already scratched (I haven’t used any metal utensils), the front panel controls are very flaky (and the whole side bends in when you press the buttons), and a screw just fell off the lid for no reason I can fathom. I make my own dog food and I bought this mostly to accommodate that. I have 2 big dogs and they power through a lot of yummy stuff :). This machine had the volume capacity I wanted. I originally went looking for a slow cooker and was swayed by the multi-function options on this - that’s where the wheels came off the bus. I should have stuck to the original plan! I suspect it will be in the trash before the year is out and I’ll end up buying a slow cooker anyway 🙄. If you can afford something better, spend the money. This thing, even at its low price point, is a true waste of money. Read more
