One of the wires got loose and it made it so some of the lights wouldn't work...once I figured it out I pushed it further into the connector and all was good. Love it. Easy to install. I painted the light cages copper and installed it under a ceiling plate that I also painted copper. Looks fantastic. In the 60 watt bulbs adjust the right amount of light for the room and to accent my art. Read more
The fixture arrived quickly. Without counting the parts first we installed it in the ceiling, replacing our broken one. After it was wired in place and we were putting the light bulbs in, we discovered two of the six lampshades were missing. I immediately wrote to the company to request two lampshades. Within a day I received a nice note back requesting my address, apologizing for the mistake and telling me that the replacements will be sent out. Today, 9 days later they came and my husband put them in place! the fixture is perfect for our dark, gloomy kitchen. It is very bright and easy to change the lightbulbs. For the money these are excellent. The ability to move the lights in many different directions is awesome. Yes, they have plastic rings to hold the housing in place. And one could say it is "cheap". But really, when it is on the ceiling, you can't even tell between it and a set that costs 1K. I personally have amazon basic smart bulbs in mine so that I can group the lights together and adjust the brightest and colors. The key selling point on these, for me at least, besides the delivery time, is the flexibility of moving the lights around. Read more
