The media could not be loaded. Package showed up on time and the quality of the materials are exactly what I would have expected, if not better, than it's price point. Most of these products bad reviews are either people buying the wrong type for their tank or don't understand the bar (trip lever) has to be bent to fit their specific style tank. Some products do use cheap metal or even plastic but this one bent into shape easily with patience and slight minor bends. Just take your time and make small adjustments while refitting each time to check clearance. That being said I couldn't have expected anything better and both toilets are fixed.
