If I could give zero stars I would! For the price of this camera, I expected more from it! First of all, I paid for the cloud services which never not one time did my camera record anything that got saved to the cloud which was a waste of money! I sent a message to the company and never did get a reply! It wouldn’t connect to my WiFi at all so I had to do a direct connection to the devices WiFi which would be enough to record videos onto the sd card. But every time I checked my camera id have to switch from my WiFi on my phone to the direct connection. Another thing, nowhere does it say the device has to stay plugged in. In order to do anything whatsoever it has to stay plugged in in which it gets very hot plugged in all the time! I missed the return window by just a few days on returning this item because life happened to get in the way and when I tried returning it my window was closed which I believe is bs. I’ve had nothing but trouble trying to use this product and I’m very upset over it. Yes it’s cool the fact it looks like a charger block but what good is that? Between this device and the sd card, I’m out a big chunk of change. Over $50 and I’m disabled and have a very limited income. I needed some kind of security to help ease my mind on things but all this did was cause unnecessary stress and anxiety I didn’t need in my life. Thanks for absolutely nothing!!! Once running, there is a permanent prompt on the screen to purchase and view your data which they automatically store in the cloud.
