Responded that I needed guidance on resetting the battery and did not hear back from them. Therefore - I have purchased this product and am out the cost of the unit with no product support. I was excited to receive this. It was an Amazon Warehouse buy and had been repackaged, so I received a nominal discount. But it did not include the manual and I am not finding one online. I have had it on the charger all night, and it still is not charged. The cable that came with mine does not charge or sync it, as previous reviewers have mentioned that theirs did. I am impressed with the construction but underwhelmed with the quality. I have never left a negative within 12 hours of receiving any product. I will likely return this and try a different brand. You have to memorize different blinking lights to use the pen camera. Too easy to forget the light combinations and buttons to push. Blinking lights do not go with discrete. Who else has a pen with blinking lights. OUCH. Read more
