There are mistakes like "Protable" instead of "portable" and "Protetion" instead of "protection" right in the item title itself, just to mention a few. It would be a good idea to go over the item content and clear up all those errors. Now, on to the actual device. This is a really nifty gadget that packs five different detection capabilities into a single compact unit. It has WiFi detection, motion detection that it calls a "burglar detector," magnetic field detection, and both infrared and visual detection modes, which are used for finding hidden cameras. I've had quite a bit of success finding infrared cameras with this device, the device beeps as soon as its hit by the camera's infrared emmision. In my testing, I used it with Google Nest cameras on infrared mode, and it made them detectable and shine every single time. When looking through the device's window, you'll see a bright red dot exactly where the camera lens is located. It's really impressive how well this works. The burglar detector function basically turns the device into a motion detector. If anything moves your backpack or bag that has the device in it, it will emit an audible alarm. This is a nice bonus feature for protecting your belongings while traveling. The WiFi detector performed very well and is quite comparable to my professional EMF detector. It did an excellent job finding emissions from my Nest cameras, though from about three feet away. Any further than that and it won't detect them, but that's about the expected detection range. When you're scanning an Airbnb or hotel room for hidden devices, you're going to be getting pretty close to all the possible hiding places anyway. The visual detection is also a handy tool because it creates confusion for the camera lens when you set it to flashing mode, the hidden camera will not only turn on and off infrared mode, you may also find it by hearing the lens clicking to change the exposure due to the bilking, It tricks cameras into switching to infrared mode on and off, It's a clever approach that I hadn't seen in other detectors. The magnetic detection part I'm not entirely sure what it's most useful for, since devices that emit electromagnetic fields usually have magnets and motors, which isn't typically the case with hidden cameras. Most cameras are going to be emitting either infrared in night mode or WiFi signals for internet connection. The device is incredibly compact at just 4.3x1.2x0.4 inches and weighing only 1.06 ounces. The 25-hour battery life is fantastic, and the rechargeable design means you don't have to worry about carrying spare batteries. The five sensitivity levels give you good control over the detection range depending on what you're looking for. Overall, this is a very nifty device that I can't wait to take on my next Airbnb rental to scan the property. I can see it making it easy to find those teddy bear cameras and any other hidden cameras like the ones disguised as phone chargers. For anyone who travels frequently or just wants peace of mind about their privacy, this is an excellent tool to have. The media could not be loaded. I wanted to like this product, but I think it needs some improvements or an upgrade. Pros: The cost is relatively inexpensive at under $25. The size of the device is also convenient. Also coming with a rechargeable battery is great too. Cons: Unfortunately I'm not confident it will find hidden cameras. The sensor and sound level was inconsistent when approaching the same camera at different times. It also alarms when, near modem and wifi router so it may have a false positive reading as well. I'm glad it came with instruction manual but the instructions are translated from another language and has some typos. The instructions could likely be expanded to help understand the device and it's multi-functions better. I also find that the five different functions make the product more confusing. I think the quality and accuracy could be improved if this was upgraded to just focus on finding hidden cameras and could do that consistently. I'd recommend shopping around if you are in need of device to find hidden cameras. Read more

DOA. Charged for several hours and still wouldn't come on. Tried a known good charging cable with the same result. Won't power on even while being charged. Red charging indicator is on so it is getting power. Very disappointed, I was looking forward to exploring the electromagnetic spectrum with this detector. Read more

I have never tried out one of these security scanners, and I plan to take this one on an upcoming overseas trip. It is very compact so it won't take up hardly any space in my bag, very light as well. It is rechargeable through USB-C with its included cable which means I can charge it with my phone's charger and that's one less thing to carry. It is able to project a strong red/infrared LED light which reflects off the lens of any camera (hidden or not) and lets you pinpoint them. In the 3rd photo it is looking right at my pet's camera. It is also able to detect nearby wifi sources, in the second photo it correctly detected which direction my home wifi is. Seems like a good gadget to have on trips, I will update this review after my trip to report how well it did. Read more
