There are many issues. >There is no free cloud service. I never received the email with the code despite submitting the info needed. They want to charge you 99 cents a week for their cloud service. >No PIN option. No password needed to open the app. I know enough to understand this is a security risk. What about on the company’s side? What’s stopping them from breaching my camera? >The infrared lights reflect off of the lens cover. I bought one of these cameras in July, and two in August. The one from July is still perfect, however the two from August both bricked within hours of each other. It's as if a firmware update was pushed that broke them. They're totally unresponsive, and I cannot even reset them. The cost of the cameras was low, but I've also subscribed to cloud based storage and I don't know if that's transferable. If the seller responds, I'll update this to a positive review...because all three cameras were great, until yesterday. Read more

I am using this (LN29) camera on a toy train . The setup instructions are impossible to read , difficult to understand, and sometimea are incorrect. I scanned the provided booklet at 600 dpi to enlarge to read. Online support is non-existant. No audo recording!!! (almost every mini-cam on Amazon has AUDIO - not this one!) The LN29 Must be used with a mobile phone!! It got the second of the two stars only because the video quality is better than the SQ11 mini I camera bought on Amazon - and the SQ11 as audio). If the LN29 had audio I might have given it 3 stars. The other issues are the operation requires Wifi ( supports bothj 2.4 and 5 G - error in manual say no 5G). The supposed bluetooth connectivity did not work. Device must be configured and operted by a mobile phone on same wifi network. Given the size of the unit I think they could have provided a 12 or 24 hr batery and audio recording capability. Rediculous assertion that Amazon is to blame for lack of audio give holw many products on Amazon have better features.
