If you are a working professional and you need some pants that can either be worn in the summer, or in the winter (tucked in your boots) these are the capris for you. OMG - no joke, these are the perfect fit. The description is VERY true. They are crop. Not too short and not to long. Plus, the best part is the fabric. They are 97% cotton and 3% elastic so if you watch your weight, like I do, they fit and give you a secure professional fit. I can't stand it when I find the perfect pants and they are too big in the crotch or they are too big in the thigh area. these are just the best. No joke, I was in Marshall's last year and I bought a business shirt, (very flowy material), and they had all colors and I bought every one that was in my size. So now, here I go again, with these capris, I am going to get at least two more pair. OH Oh Oh, plus!!! they have belt loops. I cannot stand pants without belt loops. First of all a belt is an important accessory and more important, I think wearing a belt gives a polished look and it helps me to watch my waist. While these pants are adorable, well made and versatile, I had to return them because I've got "back" and the pants just didn't feel right. I was concerned that I would be too self-conscious and not wear them, so I begrudgingly returned them. They are super cute but I could not see myself wearing them to work, like I had planned. The material in these pants is really really nice. I have not worn them in hot weather, so I cannot say if they are "cooling" or able to keep you cooler than long pants would or not, but they look really nice. They run pretty big, because normally I wear an 8 and I had to get a 6 in these. They are stretchy. I needed these for a business trip to a warmer climate, and I think they will do nicely. Love these capris. Come to mid calf. Perfect fit based on size chart. Cute pattern. Can wear for business with a nice blouse, heels or flats or can dress for fun with a tank and sandals. I plan on wearing them to a job interview. Actual front pockets and small back pockets lightly stitched at the top if you want to use the them you can just snip the threads.
