I’m in love with beef sausage because I can use it in several different ways. The quality of it has been amazing in my dishes and it’s not too sweet either salty to take away the natural flavors. The ease of cooking it is also perfect. You don’t need very much heat as well. By cooking on low it brings out the natural flavors to me.
