This is a great option for a fluoride free toothpaste. Consistency is a bit more loose (runny) as compared known brands of regular toothpaste and has a subtle taste. I also appreciate it’s affordability without compromising value. I can’t say that i have noticed any whitening affect but i do like the clean feeling it feels. I have pretty sensitive teeth, and this Himalaya Mint Fresh Gel has been a great find! Cleans really well without causing any irritation or discomfort. The mint flavor is mild and refreshing - just enough to feel fresh, but not overpowering. The gel feels smooth and gentle, and I’ve noticed my teeth feel cleaner and less sensitive since switching.
