Love these pants. Cotton with a little stretch. Small fits perfect except a little tight at tummy (I have a thick waist). Fixed with minor adjustment with button. Buttonhole is really tight, this was fixed with a little cut that was still inside the buttonhole stitch. This is quite common in other pants I have bought I am 5'2 and length is just right.
