This is a nice, flowing skirt for summer you can pair with just about anything! Its quite full with pleats and gathers at the waist. I've never seen gathers AND pleats in the waist and they work great together with this lightweight, yet tightly woven fabric. Its a soft, drapey fabric that moves nicely with the body. It can easily be dressed up or down. The Aquasea color I got is pale aqua. Its a cool and relaxing color and goes with just about everything. Its a great color for summer - and this skirt comes in many interesting colors and prints. The fabric is matte (no shine) but could be dressy in the black or wine red colors. Its super easy to pull on and the sizes overlap - one size will fit about two sizes. I got the XLarge, and it fits great, and I'm sure it would fit someone who's a large as well, who likes more fullness in the skirt. Its long, too. The XL is 38 inches long from the bottom of the waistband to the floor. So for me, at 5'5.5', its floor length. Plus it has pockets! Its the kind of skirt you can pull on when you need to get dressed fast and don't know what to wear. I love that I can throw it on after a day on the beach and look totaly pulled together or pair it with a nice top to go to dinner, or go anywhere. And its super comfortable, no matter where I go. This is such a great summer skirt. I love the army fatigue print the colors are really neutral and matched with lots of different tops to create whatever type of look you want, from beach and weekend to dinner. It can be warm with lots of different colors. The skirt is very flowy and cool, the material allows your skin to breathe on hot days. Nice quality and fit. I ordered an XL. Im 5'4" 165 lbs and usually wear a size 13/14 jeans with 31 in inseam and this hit right at my ankles when set at my waist. I am able to pull it up above my bust and add a belt and the length hits right above my knees, I had to close the side slit a bit tho to make it work. It is a bit heavy than I expected so I probably wont wear it on real hot summer days as I am in my mid 40s and dont handle the heat well. My daughter wanted to borrow it but she's a couple inches shorter than me but it was easy to hem up without issue. The red wine color is very pretty. Read more
