This works wonders. I use this and it has helped with my random nauseous moments due to being sick and my Drs urging me not to take medication for it while nausea candies are a gamble if they'll work or make me worse. I gave one to a pregnant friend and let her choose which scent she feels most comfortable smelling and she says it has saved her from feeling horrible due to pregnancy nausea and letting her function again as normal. It's simple to carry around and use, I carry it around in my pocket and it has survived the boiling summer heat. As for the ingredients it says 100% pure essential oil with different scents on each little box and stick. I'll be purchasing more if I run out. Update 12/2025: Looks like they changed the packaging. Not sure if they changed anything else since everything else still looks the same. I have notice the smell isn't as strong if I keep this in my holder or in a bag, only place it'll throw a strong scent if its in my pocket, I'm guessing because it stays warm in there. We have now tried Mint and Eucalyptus and love these things. It's nice to know it's natural or at the very least, essential oils which I hope are more natural. Mint was our first one and it smells great and my wife confirmed it helps with her nausea so we thought to try some others! Obviously, your mileage may vary based on how your body reacts to certain smells. Eucalyptus is nice, semi similar to mint surprisingly but ever so slightly different which isn't a bad thing. They are strong luckily and our mint one has been going strong for weeks with 3-4 uses a day. Might be on its way out but it's great for what these cost compared to some other brands!
