This item totally works for me. Because of the strong velcro I can adjust or readjust the fit as often as needed. I actually have 2 sets so at least 1 of 4 is always at hand. No pun intended haha. I have a genetic disease that causes muscle weakness. Sometimes in certain areas (wrists, ankles, knees), the extreme and painful weakness is temporary. I know it sounds crazy. Think of it as a sprain that eventually gets better. My wrists can twist themselves if I move the wrong way and my ankles can twist midair! You get the point. This item is not completely breathable but it does not make my wrists sweat. It's just enough support and stability I need until the sprain goes away. The braces themselves are a nice, soft cloth while also allowing support of your wrist. I purchased these for my son who needed added support while bowling. I was expecting two of the same wrist braces, but it came as one left and one right. I didn't take off any stars for that because I likely didn't read the description carefully. Read more

Bought these to use for my carpel tunnel at night time to sleep with. Liked that you got both hands and they were cheap. For the price they've done there job the first few nights were hard to get used to but after that it helped my hands not go numb and offered great stability as I slept. They fit well and can be ticklgtened and loosened with ease. Read more
