Best brace yet! I’ve had thumb issues in both hands for over 20 years! It was from picking up my grandson with both hands! Up and down and suddenly experiencing the worst pain ever! As Hawaiian Dr said it was a serious problem called “deQui” of the thumbs. All these years, it appears seldom, but when it does its so painful as I used my hands frequently! This is a specific left or right brace and fits nicely. Effective thumb movement restraint. Least reduction of dexterity as it has the least coverage. As such it does not feel encompassing. So if not concerned with wrist restraint this is a very good product. The thumb finger loop is a bit frail design. It is ok but may not last long from repeated removal. I like it and my primary brace. I can recommend. Read more

When I first got this brace I was excited to write the review because, after having gone through 5 other ones trying to find the right support, I felt like I had found the ultimate fix. For the first week it was a beautiful help but soon it started coming apart on me and tearing at the thumb. I was careful to not get it wet and did my best to make it last but it was useless by week 3. I gave it a 3 because the support was a 5 and the quality a 1. Fit well and wasnt cumbersome or bulky yet provided stability until it stretched out and broke. In my opinion, it should still be usable but it's not. I'll try to find this fit in another brace that is durable. Read more
